We are looking for a Call Center Operator to join our team!

Position: Call Center Operator
Location: Erbil
Employment Type: Full Time/ 8 hours a day, based on 24h shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Record and manage call information using basic computer systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
BA in Computer science, IT or any related subject.
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, data entry, simple software use)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries professionally
Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus
