Call center agents opportunity in Erbil
International Bank
We are looking for multiple call center agents , crew for day shift and another crew for the night shift in ERBIL.
Tasks:
-Communicate with customers via telephone and email regarding their bank accounts and redirect customers to relevant entities.
-Answer inbound calls from existing customers inquiring about different issues, withdraw from ATM, lost cards, payment at POS, etc. and refer to concerned entity at the Bank to get further details.
-Contact the concerned department to follow up on the prompt execution of the activity and advise direct manager during weekends.
-Contact customers to inform them about any needed follow-up requested by any department.
-Contact customers and promote to them detailed information about bank’s existing and new products and services, as well as effectively cross-sell other products offered by the Bank.
Education:
-Bachelor Degree
Experience:
-Fresh graduates, any experience in related fields is a plus.
Languages:
-English – Kurdish (Fluent)
-Arabic is a plus
