Job Title: Call Center agent 
Location: Erbil 
Job Requirements:                                                                  
* Candidates must have the ability to speak both Arabic and English languages. 
* Applicants must be Iraqi nationals.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deal with customers.
* Ability to work in shifts according to the specified schedule because working schedule is not stable .
Details about working conditions :
Working hours : 9 hours per day
Working days : 5 days 
Off days : 2 days a week
Salary : 500.000  +50k bonus ( depending on your performance).
Salary increment: after 6 months
