Job Title: Call centre
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq
Responsibilities 
Call centre employees play a crucial role in customer service, sales, and technical support. Their responsibilities vary depending on the type of call centre (inbound, outbound, or blended) and the industry they work in. Below are the key responsibilities of call centre employees:
1. Customer Service Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries, complaints, or requests.
• Provide accurate information services, policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports on customer feedback and call centre performance.
• Follow company protocols for call handling, data privacy, and compliance.
• Maintain a professional tone and adhere to company communication guidelines.
• Handle multiple customer interactions through different channels (phone, email, chat, or social media).
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, billing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: [2] years of experience in Call centre, preferably in an academic setting.
• 
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and academic software.
o Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
o Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Languages Required (Arabic - Kurdish is required)
