Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Call Centre Operator to join our Service Department. This role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls, taking orders, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and addressing complaints about products and services.
• Prepare monthly repair reports for brands like Hitachi, Hisense, Grand, and Gorenje.
• Achieve sales targets through tele sales and upselling opportunities.
• Advise customers about company products and services.
• Manage inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Make outbound calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote company products/services.
• Maintain customer profiles/accounts and track service cases with technicians.
• Calming and assisting frustrated or upset customers with their issues.
• Operate IT equipment such as switchboards and headsets.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and HSE regulations.
• Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work with internal teams to improve the overall customer service experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Minimum diploma in mechanical/electrical field or relevant qualifications. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a call centre environment or customer service role.
• Technical Skills: 
o Knowledge of computer applications and home appliance repairs.
o Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
o Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Language Skills: 
o Excellent communication skills in Arabic and Kurdish (both written and spoken).
o English language skills are a plus.
Working Environment:
The Call Centre Operator will work in a suitable, air-conditioned office environment, with occasional travel to Iraqi cities as required.
