Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Italian Village 1, Villa No. B27, Erbil, Iraq
Job Type: - Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives within our company. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning project objectives with business goals, managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.

 
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage multiple related projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-project activities, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor and report on program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that impact project performance.
• Manage program, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to project managers and team members.

 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Five years of experience in project or program management, preferably in companies.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to align programs with organizational goals and long-term strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Skilled at managing change across teams and departments during program implementation.
• Strong ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
• Excellent skills in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Skilled in negotiating project scope, timelines, and managing team or stakeholder conflicts.
• Experience ensuring program deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
