Café Operational Manager
We are looking for an experienced Café Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate must have recent experience working in a café or restaurant and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of café operations, including staff supervision, inventory, scheduling, and customer service
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Handle vendor relationships and supply ordering
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a managerial role in a café or restaurant (must be recent)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Local is preferable (Male)
