Job Summary:
Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage the entire Food & Beverage operations across our company. This role is responsible for supervising all café managers, ensuring excellence in service, product quality, team performance, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills, capable of developing and executing business plans for all F&B outlets while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all F&B outlets across the company.
• Supervise and mentor café managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with company goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve performance of all café operations in terms of service quality, food standards, and hygiene.
• Create and implement work plans, staffing schedules, and operational strategies for each outlet.
• Collaborate with café managers to set sales targets and budgets, and support them in achieving KPIs.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence, innovation, and consistent feedback analysis.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for F&B staff in collaboration with HR.
• Work closely with the culinary team on menu planning, pricing, and seasonal offerings.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control for optimal cost efficiency.
• Report regularly on financial performance, customer feedback, and operational improvements to senior management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in F&B management, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, food safety regulations, and hospitality trends.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on financial outcomes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; familiarity with scheduling and inventory tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
