A reputable company operating an integrated refinery and asphalt production facility in Sulaymaniyah (Arbat Industrial District) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join its Commercial Department.

Location: Sulaymaniyah, Arbat (Project Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Eligibility: Local candidates within Sulaymaniyah and Arbat only

Seniority Level: Junior to mid-level

Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, maintain relations with existing clients, conduct market research, and achieve company sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handle inquiries/complaints, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.

International & Regional Relations: Communicate and negotiate with local and international clients, specifically Turkish-speaking partners. Prepare bilingual commercial documents and contracts in English and Turkish.

Reporting & Operations: Prepare periodic sales performance forecasts, monitor delivery/payment schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.


Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field (Mandatory).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Operations. (Experience in industrial, refinery, asphalt, or oil & gas sectors is highly preferred).

Languages: Fluency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
