Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead enterprise software sales activities across Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, lead strategic sales initiatives, and close high-value B2B and B2G opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in both private and government sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable enterprise software solutions.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2G sales.
Experience in Enterprise Software, ERP, HRMS, CRM, SaaS, or Digital Solutions is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience managing enterprise accounts.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with senior executives and government stakeholders.
Language Requirements

✅ Advanced English (Mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Enterprise Software / SaaS / ERP / HRMS / CRM sales experience.
Proposal writing and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong analytical and sales forecasting abilities.
