Position Overview
SuliKim is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand sales across Iraq. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in construction materials or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Represent SuliKim professionally in meetings and customer visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or construction products is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
Languages
Kurdish: Excellent
Arabic: Excellent
English: Good
Additional Requirements
Must be based in Sulaymaniyah.
Valid driving license.
Own vehicle preferred.
Willing to travel frequently across the southern governorates of Iraq.
