Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct and follow up on test drives according to company standards.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the market and competitors and provide sales feedback.
• Update customer information and sales opportunities in the company system.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong market network and relationships with car traders, government entities, and potential customers.
• Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow company policies and sales procedures.

• چاودێریکردنی بازاڕ و ڕکابەرەکان و پێشکەشکردنی فیدباک بۆ باشترکردنی فرۆشتن.
• نوێکردنەوەی زانیاریی کڕیاران و هەلەکانی فرۆشتن لە سیستەمی کۆمپانیا.
مەرج و پێداویستییەکان
• لانیکەم ٣ ساڵ ئەزموون لە بواری فرۆشتن، بە تایبەتی بواری ئۆتۆمبێل پەسەندترە.
• بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆس، بە تایبەتی لە Business Administration، Marketing یان بواری پەیوەندیدار.
• هەبوونی تۆڕێکی بەهێز و پەیوەندیی باش لە بازاڕ لەگەڵ بازرگانانی ئۆتۆمبێل، دامەزراوە حکومییەکان و کڕیارانی ئەگەری.
• شارەزایی باش لە کوردی، عەرەبی و ئینگلیزی.
