Mustawfy / Teammart - Sulaymaniyah is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Help Desk Employee to join our team. This role is critical in providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our organization's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to and resolving IT support requests in a timely manner.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

- Experience in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, etc.).

-Familiarity with network security practices and tools (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
- Providing technical guidance and training to employees.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an IT support role.

- Kurdish is a must, Arabic or Enlish is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
