Open Position: IT Application Specialist (2 Positions) 
📍 Locations: Baghdad & Sulaimaniya

Responsibilities:
💻 Provide expert support for operating systems, devices, applications, and ERP systems.
🤝 Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
🔧 Assist with system integrations and resolve technical/functional issues.
📋 Manage and update ticketed query systems and technical documentation.
📊 Design reports and develop software solutions tailored to business needs.
🎓 Deliver customized training and prepare maintenance/upgrading plans.

🎓 Qualifications:
·      Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
·      2+ years of experience in software development and ERP application support.

💡 Skills:
·      Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Asp.net (C#/VB), Python, and Odoo/ERP systems.
·      Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, Git, DevOps, Power BI, and Google Flutter.
·      🌐 Strong understanding of business processes and accounting transactions.
