Location: Sulaimaniyah
Working type: Full Time 9:00-17:00
Reporting: Marketing Supervisor
Gender: Female is preferred

Job Description: 
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple social media platforms, including Snapchat, YouTube, Meta (formerly Facebook Instagram).
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and grow presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the audience, respond to messages, and build a strong community.
• Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Campaign Development: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media content creation for major platforms (Snapchat, YouTube, Meta, Google, TripAdvisor).
•Meta Certification in Social Media Marketing or a related field
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization.
• Demonstrable portfolio of work that showcases creativity and successful engagement strategies.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
