Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage core accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Monitor accounting policies, compliance, and internal controls.
Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
Support audits, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
Supervise and support junior accounting staff.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP, SAP, and QuickBooks.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
CMA or progress toward a professional accounting certification.
Experience in manufacturing, delivery & logistics, or multi-entity environments.
Experience with automation or accounting system implementations.
