Salary Range:Comossion and Basic salary
Reporting to Comercial Operation Manager ((Must be Male and Civil Engineer ))

Essential Duties
· Measuring the needs of potential corporate customers to be able to tailor offers
· Conducting direct negotiations with key clients and monitoring contract performance building relationships with clients and key market players Issuing competitive offers to existing customers and future prospects
· Providing solutions and alternatives to customers
· Follow up regularly with customers
· Conduct Sales calls and visits for existing customers and future prospects.
· Handling Corporate Sales Meetings and submitting in tenders & contracting of new corporate deals.
· Sells products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff & developing sales strategies to successfully attract targeted accounts.
· Meet the requirements of the Sales department’s key performance targets set by the company.
· Follow up purchasing process for new signed orders.
· Design and optimize the processes of the Sales department activities. Ensure the Effective implementation of the processes.
· Conducting weekly sales meeting of department for weekly planning and achievement.
Qualifications & Competencies
· 3+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership
· Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
· Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals
· Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
· Knowledge of inventory control and management
· Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
