Job title : Sales Manager
Department : Sales

Location : Erbil, Iraq


🔹 Major Tasks & Responsibilities
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Identifying new constructional projects and building strong relations. 
• Reporting to the senior team and stakeholders.
• Coaching marketing and sales staff.
• Ensuring the department hits its sales goals

🔹 Reporting To:
 Report any inventory or service issues to CEO immediately. 

🔹 The Ideal Candidate:
• Familiarity with databases and sales software (Phenix)
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work well in groups.
• Ability to multitask.
• being able to plan and organize effectively in order to manage the day-to-day operations inside the warehouse.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Be able to travel to Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk, Mousil, other cities in Iraq and India if needed and under the instruction of the CEO.

- Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing or related field.

- Experience
5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
