4+ years of experience in formulating and developing tile adhesives.

Strong background in product development, from raw material selection to the finished product.

Expertise in lab testing, quality control, and performance optimization.

Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.


Your Role Will Include:

Leading R&D projects to develop innovative, high-performance tile adhesives.

Conducting lab tests to ensure products meet industry standards.

Optimizing formulations for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Supporting production teams with technical expertise during scale-up and manufacturing.
