Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging events, festivals, campaigns, and promotional activities that increase mall traffic, enhance visitor experience, and support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, organize, and execute mall events, festivals, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
✅ Develop creative event concepts and seasonal activities to attract visitors and increase engagement.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, performers, and tenants to ensure successful event execution.
✅ Manage event schedules, budgets, and operational requirements.
✅ Monitor and evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
✅ Support mall promotional initiatives and contribute to improving visitor experience.
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing, with strong experience in events, campaigns, festivals, and visitor engagement activities.
🔹 Previous experience in shopping malls, retail, entertainment, or commercial destinations is highly preferred.
🔹 Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver large-scale events and promotional activities.
🔹 Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Essential Languages
🌐 Fluency in English and Arabic.
➕ Kurdish language is an advantage.
