• Work Location: Erbil - Empire Business Tower
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Candidates: Local candidates only
• Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel outside Erbil

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian – Technical, Marketing & Customer Service Officer to support our poultry business through technical expertise, field support, customer relations, and marketing activities. The role combines veterinary diagnostics, customer service, data analysis, and professional presentations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage poultry diseases and provide technical veterinary support.
• Conduct field visits to farms and customers, including hybrid/regular site inspections.
• Prepare technical and customer visit reports and submit them to management.
• Analyze customer and field data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing technical inquiries and complaints.
• Support sales and marketing activities by promoting products and technical solutions.
• Deliver seminars, training sessions, and presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 5–7 years of experience in:
  • Poultry disease diagnosis
  • Field veterinary work
  • Customer reporting and follow-up
  • Data analysis and customer service
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field assignments.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel outside Erbil as required.
• Language Skills: Kurdish, English, and Arabic
