*Job Summary*

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and strengthen our brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales growth.

*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and implement the company's annual marketing strategy.
Plan and execute advertising, promotional, and branding campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitors.
Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Production teams to support business objectives.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media, and suppliers.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Lead, train, and supervise the marketing team.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative marketing ideas.
*Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Preferred Skills*
Experience in the food, bakery, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.
Knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
