We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Erbil.

📋 Requirements:

✅ Native Kurdish speaker

✅ Proficient in English (written and spoken)

✅ Arabic language skills are an advantage

✅ Minimum 5 years of HR experience

✅ Strong ability to manage HR operations and resolve employee and departmental issues

✅ Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor-related matters

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

✅ Ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR matters effectively
