HR Coordinator - Erbil
We are looking for a qualified HR Coordinator for managing and overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timesheets. The role supports management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with labor laws and company requirements.
Handle recruitment for national and international positions, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
Monitor employee performance and support managers in addressing performance-related matters.
Oversee disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies.
Manage employee access to operational sites.
Handle employee conflict resolution and workplace disputes.
Monitor, verify, and manage employee timesheets and attendance records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (Business/Admin or related)
* Minimum 2 years HR experience
* Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic & English
* Strong MS Office skills
* Good communication and organization

Salary 800,000-1,200,000 IQD
Saturday – Thursday (09:00-05:00)
