Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
2. Onboarding:
- Facilitate new employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare and organize orientation materials.
- Ensure all required documents are completed and filed.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
4. HR Policies & Procedures:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Facilitate the resolution of employee issues as needed.
5. Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in HR projects.
- Process HR-related paperwork, such as leave requests and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Training & Development:
- Support training initiatives by organizing logistics and materials.
- Maintain training records and follow up on employee training requirements.
7. Process and manage payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Calculate and process deductions for Social Security, taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
