📝 Position Details:
Position Title: HR Assistant
Contract Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Duhok, Iraq
Working Hours: Full Time
Nationality: National
Required Travel: 50% (travel to Sinjar regularly)

With offices in Duhok and Sinjar, Yazda has expanded its efforts globally and remains committed to the recovery and resilience of affected communities.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
Manage onboarding documents and facilitate orientation for new hires.

📋 Qualifications
Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an HR or administrative role.
Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurmanji (speaking and writing).
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Certification or prior training in HR is a plus.
