Hello everyone,
I'm looking to hire a Factory supervisor in Sulaimaniyah, Iraq.

✅ Main Requirements:

🎓 Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field.
Vocational or technical training in manufacturing operations is a plus.

👷‍♂️ Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (preferably in Biharton or similar production lines).
- Experience supervising factory staff or managing production shifts.
- Familiarity with continuous production systems and drywall/gypsum board processing.

🧰 Technical Skills
- Good understanding of industrial machinery, especially used in Biharton manufacturing (dryers, mixers, board lines, etc.).
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and process flow charts.

🧠 Management & Analytical Skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage production teams and coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to monitor performance, analyze data, and improve production efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills to handle breakdowns, quality issues, or workflow interruptions.

📊 Reporting & Communication
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or production tracking tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team briefings.
- Ability to document incidents, shift reports, and equipment logs accurately.

🕐 Personal Attributes
- Paying high attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Willingness to work long hours or rotating shifts if required.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in hot, dusty, or loud environments typical of Biharton factories.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
