We are Hiring – Residential Camp Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Residential Camp Supervisor for our factory’s residential camp area. In this role, will be responsible for managing the camp , coordinating daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of the residents.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Overseeing camp and activities
🔹 Managing and supervising the camp team
🔹 Ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety of the camp
🔹 Identifying and reporting camp needs
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Turkish language is required
✅ Flexibility to work various shifts
