📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding
• Manage employee relations and engagement
• Maintain HRIS and employee records
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Support day-to-day HR operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a contact center environment
• Excellent knowledge of Iraqi labor law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
