A Group of companies is looking for someone who is flexible, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. currently we are looking for a civil engineer for the HO
Main duties and responsibilities: - 
• Reviewing maps, long-term plans, survey results, and other information to create new initiatives
• taking financial constraints, legal requirements, and environmental risks into account while conducting a risk analysis
• estimating the prices of labor, materials, and equipment and making sure they stay within the allocated budget
• projecting the timetable for design and construction
• making sure projects are compliant during the design and construction phases and completing and submitting all permit applications to the relevant authorities
• producing project drawings and renderings with design software
• organizing infrastructure projects' upkeep and repairs conducting site inspections and feasibility studies.
Creating and carrying out project plans.
• Reviewing regulations and laws issued by the government.
• Keeping an eye on and improving production methods, safety protocols, and legal compliance.
• Putting forward suggestions or other approaches to issues.
• Communicating with clients and other qualified subcontractors with assurance.
• Submitting the plans along with the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Daily team and subcontractor supervision.
• Any other duties that are relevant. 
Salary range: (1,000,000 – 1,300,000 IQD)
Civil Engineer Requirements: - 
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Fresh)
• Strong academic record
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive and self-motivated
Competencies/ knowledge, skills and abilities: - 
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Good communication skills in Kurdish, English and Arabic, and Turkish language would be an asset. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
