Civil Engineer - مهندس مدني-ئەندازیاری شارستانی

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction and stone production projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution, adhering to timelines, and meeting safety standards. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of construction and stone production projects on-site.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and local regulations.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Supervise a team of construction workers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure quality control.
Develop project plans and reports, and track progress against project milestones.
Coordinate material sourcing, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
Resolve technical issues and project challenges as they arise.
Provide recommendations for improvements and ensure efficient processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in stone production or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in stone production or heavy construction projects.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
Work Environment:
On-site construction and production environment.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Occasional travel to different project sites may be required.
Working days/hour:
Saturday to Thursday | From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
