JAZRI is looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to join its growing team in Erbil. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, managing projects, and delivering measurable results, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client objectives and business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver automation and digital marketing solutions.
Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs.
Prepare reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
Manage project timelines and proactively resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Support contract renewals and long-term client success.
Contribute to process improvements that strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in Account Management or Client Services, preferably in technology, digital marketing, or related industries.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Analytical mindset with experience preparing performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Erbil.
Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the real estate or luxury sectors.
Knowledge of social media and digital advertising.
