Job Title:
User Engagement Specialist
📍 Location:Erbil

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute user engagement campaigns and online/offline activities.
- Monitor user behavior and engagement data to improve retention and user experience.
- Collect, organize, and share user feedback with internal teams.
- Support community initiatives and collaborate with KOCs and key users.
- Prepare regular engagement reports and recommend improvements.
- 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Media, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in user engagement, customer support, community management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, and user lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about enhancing user experience.
- Proficient in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are actively involved in university communities, student clubs, or organizations, and have experience organizing events, activities, or managing community initiatives.
