Type: Full-time (Reports directly to the Manager)
⚠️ Note: This role focuses purely on visa processing and reservation logistics; it does not involve handling payments or financial transactions.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Visa Management:
Oversee end-to-end visa applications, including advising clients, preparing necessary documentation, filling out forms, and tracking application status.
Bookings & Reservations:
Arrange and secure flights, hotels, and customized travel packages utilizing the company portal and booking systems.
Client Support:
Provide professional customer service by advising clients on travel routes/fares and efficiently handling itinerary modifications or cancellations.
💡 Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in visa processing and flight/hotel bookings (years of experience are flexible).
Language Skills:
High proficiency in
English
is strongly required. Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail. Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like
Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
is a plus, but not required.
Core Competencies:
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
