Spare Parts Sales Executive – Erbil

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our automotive team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling spare parts sales, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle counter sales of automotive spare parts and respond to customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate parts recommendations
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales documents
• Follow up with customers to convert quotations into sales
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding availability, pricing, and delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with workshop and fleet customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Support stock control (fast/slow moving items)
• Enter and update data in ERP system (if applicable)
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive spare parts sales
• Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (ERP is an advantage)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
