Al-Majarah Car Company is seeking to hire a talented (Service Advisor).

Location: Erbil 100m Road
Working Time: (09:00-17:00)
Gender: (Female Only)
Reporting: Workshop Supervisor

Job Description:
The Service Advisor will be responsible of welcoming customers, and performing a professional efficient service image, daily tasks related to customer care, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing high-quality customer service, billing information, and offering consulting services to clients.

Qualifications: 
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience or deep information in Service Advising or in Customer Care, familiarity with automotive services and the automotive sector and its various makes and models.
-Strong communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency with sales software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages is required.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
