Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer sales, order processing, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in shipping and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Shipping & Logistics Duties:
• Prepare and package orders for shipment.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Manage inventory and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and shipping software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A good knowledge of international shipping regulations.
