Sales Representative - Job Description
Location: Erbil
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days: Saturday - Thursday
Working hours: 9 AM  -  5 PM

key duties for a Sales Representative:

Customer Relationship Management, Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.

Product Knowledge & Promotion,

Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their orders and the quality of the coffee.

Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand. And Market Intelligence

Monitor competitors’ products, prices, and promotional activities to stay ahead of industry trends.

Gather feedback from customers and Collaboration with Marketing

Customer Feedback & After-Sales Support and Administrative Tasks .
