‎فارمۆنا کە براندێکی پێشەنگی جوانکارییە، بەدوای نوێنەری فرۆشتنی پاڵنەر و دینامیکیدا دەگەڕێت بۆ ئەوەی بەشداری تیمەکەمان بکات. ئەمە دەرفەتێکی سەرنجڕاکێشە بۆ نوێنەرایەتیکردنی بەرهەمە کوالیتی بەرزەکانمان لە بازاڕدا.

‎بەرپرسیارێتییە سەرەکییەکان:
‎- پەرەپێدان و پاراستنی پەیوەندی لەگەڵ کڕیاران و فرۆشیارانی تاکەکەسی.
‎- پەرەپێدان و فرۆشتنی بەرهەمەکانی فارمۆنا بە شێوەیەکی کاریگەر.
‎- ئەنجامدانی توێژینەوەی بازاڕ و دەستنیشانکردنی هەلی بازرگانی نوێ.
‎- پێشکەشکردنی خزمەتگوزاری و پشتگیری ناوازەی کڕیاران.

‎بڕوانامەکان:
‎- شارەزایی لە زمانی کوردی و عەرەبیدا هەبێت.
‎- ئەزموونی پێشووی فرۆشتنی هەبێت، باشترە لە پیشەسازی جوانکاریدا بێت.
‎- مۆڵەتی شۆفێری کارا و دەستڕاگەیشتن بە ئۆتۆمبێل.
‎- توانای پەیوەندیکردن و پەیوەندی کەسی بەهێز بێت.
‎- توانای کارکردنی سەربەخۆ و وەک بەشێک لە تیم.

‎ئەوەی پێشکەشی دەکەین:
‎- کێبڕکێی مووچە و پێکهاتەی کۆمیسیۆن.
‎- دەرفەت بۆ گەشەکردن و گەشەپێدانی پیشەیی.
