📌 Position Overview
SuliKim is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand its business across central Iraq, develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships and achieve revenue targets within the construction materials sector.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or commercial management experience.
Experience in construction chemicals or building materials is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent Kurdish and Arabic; good English.
Must reside in Sulaymaniyah.
Valid driving licence; own vehicle preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across Iraq.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Build relationships with distributors, contractors and key clients.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and field teams.
