📌 POSITION OVERVIEW
SuliKim is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand sales across Iraq. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, guiding field activities, expanding the market, and achieving sales targets.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial management.
Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, construction products, or related industries is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
Business development and relationship management.
Planning, analytical & problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
Languages
Kurdish: Excellent
Arabic: Excellent
English: Good
📋 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be based in Sulaymaniyah.
Valid driving license.
Own vehicle preferred.
Willing to travel frequently across Iraq.
