Position: Risk Manager
We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager in the fintech sector to strengthen our risk management framework and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, assess, and monitor business risks.
• Maintain the risk register and prepare risk reports.
• Develop risk management policies aligned with ISO 31000 standards.
• Support compliance, internal audit, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Promote risk awareness and foster a strong risk culture across the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management or a related role.
• Professional certification such as ISO 31000, ISO 27005, CORM, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
