Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday off)

🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control (Q.C) Officer to join our team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product registrations, official authority liaison, and managing the logistics of imported products.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Product & Manufacturer Registration: Manage the full registration process for both medical products and international manufacturers.
KMCA Representative: Act as the official authorized registration representative of the company at the Kurdistan Medical Control Agency (KMCA).
Document Review & Submission: Thoroughly review Q.C documentation and ensure precise submission into the KMCA system.
International Communication: Maintain professional daily communication and coordination with global manufacturers.
Importation & Logistics: Oversee the importation process and manage end-to-end product logistics.

📌 Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Native Kurdish and fluent English (both written and spoken) are strictly required.

Experience: Previous hands-on experience dealing with the KMCA system and regulatory affairs is highly preferred.

Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and logistical workflow management skills.
