Receptionist - 4-Star Hotel in Basra
Working Hours: 9 hours
Nationality Requirement: Iraqi, Syrian, or Lebanese (Male or Female)
About the Job:
As the first point of contact for guests at our 4-star hotel in Basra, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at the reception desk. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering inquiries, and assisting them with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of bookings and payments.
3. Address guest complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and financial transactions.
5. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and courteously.
6. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions in Basra.
7. Assist guests with arranging transportation, booking tours, and reserving restaurants as requested.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a role requiring direct customer interaction.
2. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer comfort.
4. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: 900 IQD - 1,000,000 IQD (based on experience)
