Requirements:
Fluent in Kurdish (Sorani) & Arabic
Basic English
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to manage operational issues and crises
Willingness to travel regularly
Interest/knowledge in Retail & MINISO
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze store KPIs & sales performance
Set monthly sales targets and support store teams
Monitor inventory and product performance
Conduct regular store visits and operational inspections
Ensure compliance with MINISO standards and Display Map
Coordinate product assortment and promotional activities
Identify operational issues and provide quick solutions
Maintain effective communication between stores and Head Office
