✅ Requirements
Male candidates only.
Willing to travel frequently to MINISO stores in Baghdad and other cities.
Before applying, candidates should be familiar with MINISO and have an interest in the retail industry.
Basic working knowledge of English.
Fluency in Arabic and Sorani Kurdish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple locations.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📊 KPI Management
Analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels, product performance, and stock movement.
Compare store performance and support sales growth strategies.
Set and monitor monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits and evaluate operational performance.
📦 Product Management
Organize store displays according to company standards.
Coordinate with Product Manager and Planner.
Optimize product assortment and inventory.
Monitor slow-moving products and support promotional activities.
🏪 Store Supervision
Conduct regular store inspections.
Ensure compliance with company operational standards and policies.
🤝 Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with Head Office departments.
Maintain effective communication between Head Office and all stores.
📝 Other Duties
Perform additional operational tasks assigned by management.
