An oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Material Supervisor to oversee inventory and material management, ensure stock accuracy, and support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inventory and material management activities.
• Manage receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and stock reconciliation.
• Review material requests and coordinate material requirements with Operations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Lead stock counts and audits, and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience supervising stores, warehouses, or material management functions.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
