📋 الخبرة:
• خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 7 سنوات كمدير ورشة مكائن أو مدير خدمة في شركات كبيرة للمعدات الثقيلة أو الشاحنات أو الحافلات.
• القدرة على قيادة فريق الورشة لتحقيق أهداف الشركة، مع الحفاظ على أعلى مستوى من رضا العملاء والالتزام بأنظمة الشركة والمصنّعين.
• معرفة مثبتة بالمعايير والإجراءات الفنية للمكائن، وتوجيه الكهربائيين والميكانيكيين في إجراءات التصليح وأنظمتها، واتباع بروتوكول التشخيص الفني.

🎓 المؤهل: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيك أو هندسة سيارات.
🗣️ اللغات: إجادة ممتازة للعربية والإنجليزية والكردية قراءةً وكتابةً ومحادثةً.
💻 مهارات الحاسوب: إجادة ممتازة لبرامج MS Office، والإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الوكلاء الإلكترونية وبوابات المصنّعين.
🤝 المهارات الشخصية: دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات التخطيط والتحليل، والتواصل والعرض، والتفاوض. ويُطلب أيضاً الانضباط، وحل المشكلات، واتخاذ القرار، ومهارات إدارية وقيادية عالية.

📋 Experience:
• 5–7 years of practical experience as a Machinery Workshop Manager or Service Manager in large companies dealing in heavy equipment, trucks or buses.
• Experience and ability to lead the workshop team to achieve the company's goals and targets while keeping maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining the rules of the company and the manufacturers.
• Proven knowledge of machinery technical standards and procedures, to instruct electricians and mechanics on repair procedures, rules and regulations, and to follow the Technical Diagnosis protocol.

🎓 Education: BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
🗣️ Language Skills: Excellent reading, writing and speaking in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
💻 Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office user, familiar with computerized dealer management systems and manufacturer portals.
🤝 Interpersonal Skills: High attention to detail, planning and analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and negotiation skills. Also required: a disciplined character, problem solving, decision making, and strong administrative and managerial skills.
