Logistics Sales & Customer Service Officer
Location: Erbil
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Sales & Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting logistics services, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the shipment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for logistics and transportation services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, freight services, and delivery schedules.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential customers.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales, or customer service within the logistics and Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good command of (Arabic, Kurdish and English) additional languages are a plus.
