Position: Legal Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager (+5 years of experience) to oversee all company legal affairs, ensure compliance, handle company registration, and manage commercial contracts and agreements

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Management & Compliance: Oversee company legal affairs and ensure full compliance with applicable laws.
• Registration & Licensing: Handle company incorporation, licensing, and renewals with government authorities.
• Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and partnerships.
• Risk Management & Advisory: Identify legal risks and provide practical legal advice to management on business projects.
• Disputes & External Liaison: Coordinate with government entities, legal offices, and external legal counsel when needed

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master's is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Skills: Strong expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Languages: Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Arabic.
• Attributes: High integrity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
